On-line booking services

2.1. Online Reservation Services: The purpose of the online reservation services is to reserve accommodation at Mas Vinyoles Natura. The use of these services implies the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the general conditions contained in the latest updated version of these general conditions.

2.2. Contracting procedure: When using the service, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include his or her reservation number. This email serves as proof of your reservation and confirmation of acceptance. If there is any incorrect information or unacceptable conditions, please contact us within 2 days of confirmation.

2.3. Check-in and check-out time: Check-in time is from 12:00 noon onwards. The mandatory departure time is 4:00 p.m. at the latest.

3. Cancellations

• Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, provided it is made at least 14 days prior to arrival (the time is indicated in the confirmation email).
• After this deadline, guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival and receive a 50% refund of the price per night and cleaning fees.

14 days before

For a full refund of the price per night, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to the local arrival time of the ad (indicated in the confirmation email).

7 days before

For a 50% refund of the price per night, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to the local time of arrival. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.

Arrival

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or if he/she decides to leave earlier than planned after arrival, the nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.

Reimbursement

We send refunds immediately after cancellation. They are usually received within 3 to 5 days, but sometimes take up to 15 days to be reflected in the original payment method.

Force majeure policies

Reservations that are affected by mobility restrictions in front of Covid or due to justified force majeure, we will proceed to cancel the reservation and reimburse you.

Reservations made through this page will be guaranteed by the payment of the reservation with the credit card provided and by confirmation of the reservation by email.

4. Purpose of the processing of your data

The collection and automated processing of your Personal Data has the following purposes: Customer management in everything related to services and accommodation in our hotels. In the case of sending us your “Curriculum Vitae”, the purpose will be the study of the different “curricula” so that our Human Resources department can proceed to the selection of personnel with the ideal profile to join the company. You consent to your data being processed in this way and not being used for other purposes. Likewise, you hereby consent to the processing of your data for promotional and marketing purposes, including the sending of electronic commercial communications for all the products and services we offer as well as others related to the hotel, travel, gastronomy and leisure sector.

We inform you that you as the owner of the data will have at all times the right to exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your data in the terms contained in the data protection legislation. All guests are responsible for their personal belongings, both in common areas and in the rooms. Mas Vinyoles Hub is not responsible in any case for the loss of valuables and money.

11. Damage deposit

Heretat Vinyoles will proceed to check the accommodation after the end of each guest’s stay to rule out damages.

In case of detecting any anomaly, the customer will be contacted to take charge of the damage and the customer will pay the total amount of the repair or replacement of damaged material.
